We understand that privacy is important, so all our products are packaged discreetly in plain boxes and wrapping.
- Our standard delivery time is time is 3 - 6 working days on all products except subscription boxes.
- Subscription boxes will be dispatched on the date chosen when you set up your subscription. Should the day of the month fall on a bank holiday or weekend, we will dispatch it on the next working day. All subscription boxes will be delivered within 48 hours of being dispatched.
All products are delivered by standard Royal Mail delivery, with the exception of heavy boxes over 2kg, which will be delivered via a courier. This will normally be Parcelforce, but other courier services might be used.
We ship to all countries, the cost and delivery time will vary depending on your country.
Shipping prices are calculated at the checkout, once you have entered a delivery address. As a guide the estimated delivery time is:

Deliveries will be made via standard international orders and are shipped by Airmail. If you wish to have your order tracked, please email us so we can give you a price for tracked delivery.
Replacement for items lost by delivery services will be handled on an individual basis. If an item has not been received after a reasonable time has passed we will replace it at our cost. Rest assured you will never be expected to pay for something you have not received.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you by e-mail and credit your account with the full amount charged.
Tax rates are for delivery to United Kingdom. For delivery to any other country, or to choose a different currency, please use the 'Change country/currency' link at the top of each page. (For VAT-free delivery to Channel Islands, please choose 'Channel Islands', not 'United Kingdom').

Refund & Returns
We want to make sure your happy with your products, however due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, with exception of the Organicup (see 1.8).
Returns will only be accepted if the good are faulty, have wrongly been described or you receive an incorrect order. Please contact us within 21 days of delivery by either email - firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone 0333 0502119.
Deliveries & Returns Policy
1.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (email) at our contact address of the problem within 21 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
1.2 If you do not receive the goods ordered within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (email) at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
1.3 If you notify a problem to us under clauses 1.1 or 1.2 above, our only obligation will be, at your option:
1.3.1 to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
1.3.2 to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
1.3.3 to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
1.4 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 3.3.3 above.
1.5 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
1.6 Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
1.7 You are responsible for ensuring that all items sold to you are appropriate for your use and do not contain any substances that may cause you harm please make written enquiry of us if you want to know any substances used in the products sold and/or in their manufacturing process and/or packaging
1.8 Some manufacturers do carry manufacturers guarantee's. Should you feel you need to use the guarantee, please see the instructions that come with the product about contacting the manufacturer.
